Study halls are offered as a service to CTC families to supervise students between, before and after their classes.

Students may enter study hall with a drop-in fee of $4 per class. If students drop into study hall more than 2 times per month, they will be

enrolled in study hall and be charged the appropriate fees.

Each student is allowed to take up to two study halls per day, but may not take more study halls than he has classes that day. Study halls will be in room #302. Students must abide by the general rules listed and any other rules designated by the study hall monitor.

a. During the study hall class time, students will need to study, talk, or play board games quietly (no musical instruments).

b. No gum.

c. No hats.

d. No electronics (walkmans, CD player, gameboys, computers, ipods etc). This rule applies because no one will be able to monitor what students may share with another student. All electronics brought to study hall will be taken to the office and students will be able to pick up the items before they leave the building.

e. Students need to clean up their area before class ends.

f. All parents must check in the office and with the study hall monitor

before sitting down with students.
