The scope and sequence in the CTC science classes depends on the ultimate goal of the students and parents.
The following electives will be offered, and will meet the Jr. High Science requirements: Life Science and Earth Science. General high school science classes that will be offered are: Physical Science, Biology, and Chemistry. Forensic Science, Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Astronomy will also be offered in the 2009-2010 school year and will meet high school graduation requirements.
Elementary Science

This class is a continuation of the study of Earth and Life Science. Concepts in Life Science will include a study of bones and muscles, nerves and senses, digestion, heart and lungs, and skin and immunity. A variety of methods will be used for this class including hands on projects, reading, note taking, tests and in-class labs.
