Requirements
1. Students must have been home schooled the previous year.
2. Parents must be in agreement with the CTC Statement of Unity.
3. One parent must not work outside the home during school hours.
4. CTC requires at least 3 hours per enrolled class (maximum
   of 9 hours per family) of volunteer service  
Note:
Any request for an exception to these requirements
will be considered only after an interview between parent(s)
and student/s with the administration.
Step 1

2008-2009
Application
 

Completely fill out (2 pages) the STUDENT APPLICATION
for each student. Submit completed application for approval
by mail (948 S. 91st East Ave., Tulsa, Ok 74112),
fax (664-9542), email (ctcacademic@cox.net) or bring to CTC.
Note:
$15 Application fee per NEW student is due prior to the
family interview. All applications are subject to approval
by the CTC board of directors. Applicants must allow CTC to
perform a credit check.
Step 2
Interview 
 
After the application is received, new families will be called
to schedule an interview.
Note:
Returning families do not need to interview unless requested 
by the administration
Step 3

Orientation:

Attend one of these orientation meetings:
     Tuesday, June 3, 2008------6:30PM-9:30PM
     Saturday
, Aug. 2, 2008-----9:30AM-12:30PM     

Note:

All families (new and returning must attend orientation before registration).
Step 4 Registration Attend one of these registrations:
Friday, June 6, 2008---------9:00AM-Noon (returning families only)
Friday, June 6, 2008---------1:30-3:30PM
Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008------9:00AM-Noon
Note:
Registration fee of $80/student due on June 6 or Aug. 7, 2008 
Registration fee of $100/student if registering on any other day

Payments
Application fee----Due before interviewing new family
Registration fee----Due at time of enrollment 
Supply fees--------Due by July 10, 2008
Operational fees---First of 9 installments due Aug 7, 2008
Tutor fees---------First of 9 installments due Aug. 7, 2008
Note:
All of the above fees must be paid in full prior to
the student attending classes.
