1.       David Boyd – Graduation Video

Ø      Quality photographs needed – large & clear preferred

Ø      5 total photographs are to be given directly to Mr. Boyd at your scheduled audio-taping time

Ø      If you have not done so already, you may contact Susan (664-9527) in the CTC office for a date and time to record for the video

·         Tuesday, January 27 – 4:30 to 6:20

·         Saturday, January 31 – 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Ø      Schedule with instructions will be posted on the website

Ø      Practice what you are going to say – it can only be 60 seconds long

2.       Applications and Deposits – Service committee collected fees and applications. 

Ø      Estimated total for graduation is $201 (less if more graduates sign up to participate)

Ø      Late fee of $25 will be added if applications are turned in November 30 through March 1

Ø      After March 1, a late fee of $50 will be added

Ø      First payment of $75 is due by next meeting – (January 27)

Ø      Second payment of $75 is due on January 27 (next meeting)

3.       Josten’s Orders – turned orders into the Service Committee along with a $60 deposit. 

Ø      Do not add up your total with tax – Josten’s will complete

Ø      If you have not handed your order in, you must now give your order directly to Bob Howard – (497-5970) gradserv1@aol.com  No orders will be accepted at CTC

Ø      Orders placed after December 1 will incur late fees

4.       Date of CTC Graduation – Saturday, May 9th, 2009, 4:00 p.m.

6.      Location of Graduation – First Baptist Church Broken Arrow has offered their facility for FREE!   100 West Albany,  Broken Arrow

 

7.       CTC 2009 Bible Verse – I Timothy 4:12 – Don’t let anyone look down upon you because you are young, but instead set an example for the believers in faith, life, love, and in purity.  NIV

8.      Budget was discussed- adjustments were made to take in account the free building use from First Baptist Church Broken Arrow

9.      Committees met--appointing coordinators and assigning a task for each committee member
