David Boyd
reviewed the different parts of the video
- Audio taping---Each family will have an
opportunity to record 60 seconds (can be shared by several family
members). This audio runs in the
background while the 5 photographs are visually on the screen.
- Photographs---5
high quality photos needed (mark the order on the back in pencil)
The photos should progress from
birth to senior picture. David
discouraged the use of polaroids. He
recommended 8x10 photos or photos without cluttered backgrounds because he will
need to focus in on the senior. If there is more than one person in the
photograph, David will need to know which person to focus on. Digital images in jpg format will also be
accepted. Bring your photos or digital
images to the audio taping in January.
- Taping
the ceremony will be done on May 10.
DVD’s hold approximately 2 hours of footage so some parts of the
ceremony will be abbreviated.

Applications plus deposit of at least $60 was paid
tonight by each family.
- Late
FEE of $25 if application is turned in Nov. 30 through March 1 (After
March 1 the late fee is $50)
- Families
will have 4 meetings in which to pay 3 payments of $60
- If
the budget requires payments of more than $180, the last payment will be
adjusted to meet the budget

Jostens Orders ($60 deposit required) were collected
by the Service Committee. If you need
to place an order, please call Graduation Services at 497-5970.

Location
- Number
of attendance at the ceremony was estimated at 600
- Evergreen
Baptist church could only accommodate 500

Vote on location/date of ceremony
- May
10, 2007 was voted the preferred date for the ceremony
- Garnett
Church of Christ was voted the preferred location

Discuss verses submitted
- Phillipians
4:19, 1John 3:1a, Zeph 3:17, and 1Tim 4:12 were submitted for the vote

Vote on verse
- 1Tim
4:12 (Amplified) was voted the preferred verse

Discuss budget
- Each
committee will be held responsible for keeping their expenses according to
the budget amount

- Each
committee chose a coordinator and each committee member was assigned a
task

discussed issues pertaining to their obligations

Parents signed up for audio times on Tuesday, Jan 29
or Saturday, Feb. 2 (Look for
separate link for the audio taping times)

meeting Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 6:30PM
- Students
who are interested in speaking at the graduation ceremony must turn in
their written speech by Tuesday, Jan. 29 to the program committee
- Bring
payment of $60 to the next meeting on Jan. 29
