2009 Rehearsal and Graduation Schedule

Friday, May 8

6:00 – 6:30

• Set up tables in mall (senior tables) and reception areas
• Program committee meeting in the sanctuary
• Program committee will label reserved areas in sanctuary

6:30-8:00

• Graduation Rehearsal
  (MANDATORY attendance for senior and parents)

8:00-9:00

• Set up individual senior displays
• Set up chairs in reception area
• Decorate reception area

Saturday, May 9

2:00

• Deadline for bringing 4 dozen cookies per family
  You may bring your cookies on Friday to the graduation rehearsal if they are packaged in airtight containers.

2:00-3:00

• Finish setting up senior tables
• Food and punch
• Individual and group photos (Purchase photos from Aaron Steele)

3:00

• Meet for group photo
  (help with cap and gown will be available at this time)

3:15

• Group photo
  At 3:15 there will be a group photo of the graduating seniors (price included in graduation fees). If graduates are not there by 3:15 in their cap and gown, they will not be in the group photo.

3:45

• Line up for procession as instructed at rehearsal

4:00

• Ceremony starts

6:00-7:30

• Reception
• Individual and group photos (Purchase photos from Aaron Steele)

7:30-8:30

• Clean-up
