Summary of 2.27.07 Graduation Meeting

1. Photographer-Aaron Steele

• Mr. Steele will be available from 2:00 to 3:00 and from 6:00 to 7:00 to take family and friend photos on graduation day.
• Everyone should meet at 3:00 for the group photo. Photograph will be taken promptly at 3:15PM
• The package includes an 8 x 10 of the group and a 5 x 7 of the student receiving their diploma.
• A monitor will be set up after graduation to view your photos or you may view them on his web site at www.aaronsteelephotography.com.
• The contract has been received and signed.

2. Application and packets for new families

• There were no new families attending

3. Communications between committees

• All communication should go through committee chairs first, before coming to Susan Strelow.

4. Budget Discussion

• We have $75.00 extra for graduation after the committees use their appointed budget.
• All committee need to let Mrs. Strelow know ASAP if they are working within their budgets.
• There have been a couple of donations for the graduation this year.

5. Committee reports

• Program
  • Guest Speaker, MC/host will be decided at the 2/27 meeting
  • Music and speeches will be decided in 1 to 2 weeks
  • They are working within their budget
  • Final details will be available at the next meeting
• Reception
  • Each family will be required to bring 3 dozen homemade cookies to graduation
  • Budgeted money will pay for nuts, mints, punch, and fountains
  • Each family needs to give an estimate of the guest attending to this committee, estimate on the high side.
  • Mrs. Strelow needs to know at the 2/27 meeting who many tables are needed.
  • Some items used for graduation will be borrowed to save money.
• Activities
  • The students have been bowling and ice skating.
  • A rock climbing activity was planned.
  • An alternate activity will be planned, watch you email.
  • Students need to get their senior page for the memory book turned in ASAP to the CTC office.
• Communication
  • Pictures were returned to parents from Mr. Boyd
  • Josten orders were handed out
  • Diploma information was verified
  • Estimates for the reception were secured
  • The final $10.00 was collected for graduation.
