Welcome to Cornerstone Tutorial Center...

... a Christian home school resource for Green Country. Founded in 1992, we've been serving Tulsa-area homeschoolers for over 16 years. Many of our classes are the type that may be hard to teach at home, such as lab sciences, advanced mathematics, and performing arts, to name just a few. Our tutors, many of whom are (or were) homeschooling parents themselves, are experienced, well-educated and compassionate people who offer individualized attention in a Christ-centered atmosphere. You choose the classes, which meet one or two days a week, based on the needs of your student(s). Low student/tutor ratios allow our academic standards to remain high.

Prospective families are encouraged to print out our brochure (you will need Adobe Reader to view this). There is a detailed list of steps for registering students at CTC, including all the necessary paperwork, located here on this site. View our class list and catalog to find classes your student(s) may be interested in, then follow the steps for registering. It's that simple! Questions may be directed to our staff by calling 664.9527, or send an email to ctcacademic@cox.net. We look forward to assisting you with your homeschooling needs.

If you are in need of more information about Cornerstone Tutorial Center, check out our Frequently Asked Questions page. If you are in need of more information about homeschooling, here are a few sites to get you started:

Prospective tutors are encouraged to explore our site and get to know CTC. If you have a love for teaching, and a heart for homeschoolers, we invite you to join with us by applying for a tutoring position.

Vision of CTC

Cornerstone Tutorial Center was founded in 1992 as an outreach to Christian home school families of all denominations, and operates as a 501c3, non-profit organization.

Our goal is to provide a common learning center environment where classes are offered that are difficult to teach in a home environment. Many courses require specialized knowledge/equipment or a group dynamic that make them a challenge for parents to teach at home.

Students attend classes once or twice a week at CTC, then the parents are responsible for supervising homework assignments and helping students the other days of the week. In this way the tutors and parents combine their efforts to meet the challenge of teaching difficult subjects.

Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy

Cornerstone Tutorial Center admits student of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the center. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other center-administered programs.
